Shipping Methods - Product Packaging
The items of the online store (jewelry) are sent as a registered parcel through EL.TA at a cost of € 2.90 within Greece. Soon we will be able to serve customers abroad. For the decoration items, communication will precede so that after weighing the respective object, the customer will be informed about the cost of transport. In case of cash on delivery, the cost is 2 € extra. For purchases from the e-shop over 30 € the transfer costs are free.
All jewelry is shipped in a gift box at no extra charge.
For the decoration items, in case it is a gift you should inform us so that we can prepare it properly. There is no extra charge for the packaging.
The time to complete and ship your order is from 2 to 7 working days and this is because there is no stock but everything is made to your measurements and colors of your choice. When your order is sent, you receive an informative email with the Shipping Number.
The jewelry is all made according to the orders we receive. For this reason there is absolute flexibility in size.
Long necklaces they all have fluctuating cord. The shorter ones have an extension chain.
In the Bracelets we have two size categorizations:
1. In those where the clasp fluctuates or has an extension chain, simply choose the approximate size (from XXSmall to XXLarge) so that we have the best ratio of clasp and main bracelet.
2. In the bracelets without fluctuation, measure your wrist and select the size in centimeters, rounding it to the largest number.

Quality Materials - Care Tips
Most of our jewelry is made of materials of exceptional quality, most of them made in Greece. All metal elements are hypoallergenic without lead (leadfree) and nickel (nickelfree).
To keep jewelry in excellent condition for longer, avoid using perfumes, lotions or hair sprays. Seawater, pool water, detergents and the use of chemicals wear out the colors. Clean the metal elements often with a soft brush, lukewarm soap and water. When not wearing them, prefer not to exopose them but keep them in a jewelry box. The jewelry with the metallic elements is made of brass plated. We can not completely avoid the wear of the plating paint, only to slow it down with proper care.
Returns - Changes
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to change or return it within 15 days of receiving it.
